LOCATION: Fairmont Copley Plaza located at 138 St James Ave, Boston, MA

This downtown landmark has stood as a symbol of the city's rich history and timeless elegance since its grand opening in 1912. Nestled in the historic Back Bay, this 5-star hotel offers a central location, mere steps from renowned attractions such as Fenway Park and the Boston Public Library, as well as a host of popular downtown restaurants and shops, including the charming boutiques of Newbury Street. VENDOR SELECTION: 
We Love Local is a handmade market celebrating the local maker and artisanal food community. We exclusively seek applicants with locally handmade products crafted within the New England area. Applications that include imports, non-repurposed vintage clothing, mass-produced items, or products manufactured outside of this region will not be considered. To qualify, you must be involved in the complete process, excluding vendors who design but outsource manufacturing. Our commitment is to provide a platform for talented artisans and makers to showcase their unique creations. Upon acceptance you will be sent an email with your reservation and a link to our Payment Page. Our preferred method of payment is through the Payment Page on our website. Please bookmark this page for fast and easy payments.

Tax ID Certificates:
Tax ID Numbers are required in Massachusetts. All Exhibitors must be in compliance with State & Federal Tax Laws and display Tax ID Certificate in booth. This is required for both in state and out of state vendors. If you do not have a tax id certificate, you can obtain one online in a few minutes at no cost. Click HERE to register with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Aesthetic Guidelines:
All vendors are required to display their booths in a professional manner:

  • Your must display your Business Name/Logo at your table

  • Floor length table cloths are required for all display tables

  • Additional stock and boxes must be kept hidden under display

  • Rented space must be kept tidy during operating hours, your goods/displays must not extend outside of your area, and all trash must be hauled away at the close of the day

  • We do not supply or rent any setup supplies ie: tables, chairs, linens etc

Weather Policy:
We Love Local, hosted at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, is an indoor market. By participating, vendors acknowledge the possibility of unfavorable weather conditions. In the event of a rare closure due to severe weather, we won't be able to provide credits or refunds. However, we will make every effort to provide an alternative date.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a reservation is canceled, the associated fee is forfeited, and the reserved space cannot be sold or traded. We encourage you to make bookings accurately and thoughtfully.

Code of Conduct:
To maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere at the market, vendors must adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Everyone is expected to show respect to others and their safety, refrain from any form of abuse, and treat property and equipment with care. If you witness inappropriate behavior, please report it to our on-site managers. Any vendor found violating the Code of Conduct will be immediately removed from the market without a refund. NE Open Markets reserves the right to restrict or terminate vendors' activities that are disruptive, slanderous, inappropriate, or detrimental to the event's quality, with no liability for rental refunds. NE Open Markets, LLC retains the authority to enforce and interpret Rules and Regulations, making final judgments without exception, and may restrict, modify, or expel non-compliant exhibitors without a refund.

Promoter Statement:
We Love Local managers and promoters reserve the right to restrict or terminate any vendor's activities or remove any product they consider objectionable, inappropriate, or detrimental to the overall event quality. In the event of any restrictions or evictions, NE Open Markets, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any refund of rental or other expenses. NE Open Markets, LLC managers and promoters also reserve the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents themselves or their product. Furthermore, the promoter reserves the right to select vendors suitable for the market. NE Open Markets, LLC reserves the right to amend or add to the applicable rules governing our events at any time, with or without prior notice, and the interpretation of all rules by the promoters shall be final.
