A one-day holiday market on December 7, 2024 showcasing a curated mix of over 100 local handmade vendors for your holiday shopping adventure. Featuring giftable art and designer wares, home goods, jewelry, specialty food, vintage, antiques, food trucks and much more at the beautifully historic Plymouth Memorial Hall in downtown Plymouth Massachusetts.

Upon acceptance you will be sent an email with your reservation and a link to our payment page. Our preferred method of payment is through the Payment Page on our website. All payments are due upon acceptance.

SETUP/BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS  
On November 25 all vendors will be sent a detailed setup email with load-in times, space assignments and parking instructions. Space assignments are at the sole discretion of NEOM, assignments are non-negotiable. Vendors must be ready for customers by 10:30 a.m. Vendors are responsible for supplying and setting up their own displays, booth signage, booth decorations. All booth sizes are 6'wide x 4.5' deep. Vendors are required to remain open for business until closing time. Early breakdowns and departures are strictly forbidden. Vendors are required to clean up their assigned booth areas at the conclusion of each day. All trash must be disposed of properly.

LIGHTING & ELECTRICITY
The entire space is generously covered in very bright overhead lighting. We cannot guarantee the usage of electricity to vendors, please plan accordingly.

AESTHTIC GUIDELINES
All vendors are required to display their booths in a professional manner:

  • Your must display your Business Name/Logo at your table

  • Additional stock and boxes must be kept hidden under your display

  • Rented space must be kept tidy during operating hours, your goods/displays must not extend outside of your 6x4.5 area

CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer credits or refunds of any kind for the Plymouth Holiday Market. Once you cancel, you forfeit your fee and spot in the market. Vendors are not permitted to sell or trade your space.

INDEMINIFICATION
Vendors are recommended to have their own general liability insurance. The producer, vendor, vendor employee is solely responsible for damages resulting from the sale of unsafe or unsound goods, in addition to any accidents occurred while at the Plymouth Holiday Market. He/she agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NE Open Markets LLC, Town of Plymouth, its affiliates, employees, agents from any and all liability, loss or damages which may be incurred as a result of all claims, demands, costs, judgments or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the producer’s participation in the Plymouth Holiday Market.
