Get ready to make the yuletide GAY! 🌈🎄

We are THRILLED to announce that the 4th Annual HollyGay Market will take place on Saturday, December 14th at the Citizens House of Blues in the heart of Fenway. Applications will open at 3 p.m. on Thursday, August 29th. Pride is for EVERYONE, and we are excited to invite members and supporters of the LGBTQ+ community to apply to the most vibrant market of the holiday season!

As a gay-owned and operated business, this market is the most significant one we host. It’s not only the most fun and creative event we organize but also the closest to our hearts. It’s crucial to our mission to center and celebrate LGBTQ+ voices in the creative community. This market offers a unique opportunity to unite the wider queer community in Boston and support talented artisans and makers.

We warmly invite both LGBTQ+ and ally vendors to apply and sincerely hope you will join us this year at the HollyGay Market at the Citizens House of Blues on December 14th!

Please be aware that space assignments are determined exclusively by NEOM and cannot be negotiated. To ensure a smooth customer experience, vendors must be ready to start serving customers promptly at 12 p.m.

Vendors are responsible for providing and setting up their own displays, booth signage, decorations, tables, and chairs. It is essential for vendors to remain open until the event concludes; early breakdowns and departures are not permitted. Additionally, vendors are required to keep their booth areas clean and to dispose of all trash properly at the end of the event.

Lighting/Electricity:
The House of Blues is well-lit with bright overhead lighting. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee access to electricity for vendors, so it's important to plan accordingly.

Aesthetic Guidelines:
All vendors are required to present their booths professionally:

  • Your business name and/or logo must be prominently displayed at your table.

  • Floor-length tablecloths are required for all display tables.

  • Additional stock and boxes should be stored out of sight under your display.

  • Your rented space must be kept tidy during operating hours, and your goods/displays must remain within your designated 6x4.5 area.

Tax ID Certificates:
Tax ID Numbers are required in Massachusetts, and all exhibitors must comply with state and federal tax laws. This applies to both in-state and out-of-state vendors.

Health and License Requirements: Food Vendors Only*
If accepted, each vendor will be required to obtain a Boston Board of Health Temporary Food Service Permit. To secure this permit, please email us the following documents after submitting your application:

  1. Temporary Food Permit

  2. Serve Safe Documentation

  3. License from certified inspected kitchen/commissary

Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer credits or refunds. Once a cancellation is made, both the fee and the reserved spot in the market are forfeited. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling or transferring their allocated space.

Indemnification:
Vendors are strongly advised to carry their own general liability insurance. The producer, vendor, or vendor’s employees are solely responsible for any damages resulting from the sale of unsafe or substandard goods, as well as any accidents occurring during participation in the HollyGay Market. By agreeing to these terms, vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless NE Open Markets LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from claims, demands, costs, judgments, or expenses, including attorney's fees, related to their involvement in the HollyGay Market.
